The design of the hotel is fine, with a stylish and modern atmosphere throughout. The room amenities were really good and added to the overall comfort of our stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, including the option to have champagne. The service at breakfast was also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. the hotel offered treats at reception, including champagne, a lovely touch.
We encountered a few minor issues. The mirror behind the coffee machine in our room was dirty, despite our efforts to bring this to the attention of the maids.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Romerberg Christmas market, the train station, and the beautiful Opera House. It is situated on a slightly quieter road, making it convenient yet peaceful. The rooms are well-decorated with high-quality finishes, and the breakfast is excellent. Guests can enjoy little touches like morning cakes at reception and bubbles in the evening. The hotel also offers an iPad in the room, providing easy access to communication with the staff and other amenities.
There were some minor issues with the service, including slow reception staff and a delay in delivering requested items such as slippers and shampoo.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect and the hotel facilities were great. The location was excellent, situated in a nice area within walking distance of the Romerberg Christmas market and near the train station. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was in a good location on a slightly quieter road in the city, making it convenient to explore everything.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

I recently stayed at this place for a night and I was blown away by the location. It was in a good spot on a quieter road in the city but still within walking distance to everything I needed to visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing excellent room service and other amenities like laundry and grocery shopping service. The rooms were really comfortable and had all the necessary facilities such as air conditioning and terrace. Lastly, the spa and wellness center was the perfect place to unwind after a long day.
Families would definitely approve of this hotel as it offers a range of amenities for everyone to enjoy.

Great location on a quiet street, walking distance to everything. Lovely personalized touches in the room such as a sweet note and chocolates. Beautiful interior design throughout the establishment. Excellent buffet breakfast with a variety of healthy options. Friendly and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable.
